We are a small group of spa and pool owners who want to share their selection of great quality products from around the world with you at amazing prices.
 
How long does it take to get my order
Customers ordering either online or by phone can expect delivery in the next few days providing we have stock of your items, most customers receive their goods within two days. We have plenty of stock of our most popular lines and we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible keeping any delay to a minimum. We will keep you informed by email at every step and will confirm a delivery date as the goods are despatched.
 
What do you charge for delivery
Our products are priced competitively we do not add the cost of delivery onto our products neither do we pretend to offer FREE delivery. We do make a cost price charge for shipping. Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom and the charge for this will depend on the contents of your shopping basket at point of sale.
 
Do your prices include VAT
Yes all of our prices include VAT.
 
Can I return something if I am not happy
Yes you can, in addition to your statutory rights we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Just return the goods in an unused perfect condition and we will refund the cost of the purchase price. You will have to return the items to us at your cost, terms and conditions apply. We will be happy to arrange transport for your return goods but there will be a charge for carriage. As a condition of this policy you must contact us to get a returns number before returning goods.
 
Can you deliver to a different address to the cardholder
Yes we can, when you register during the checkout process, you may add delivery addresses and then indicate which one you would like your current order shipped to.
 
Can you deliver on Saturdays
This does attract an additional charge from our courier or delivery partner when available, but we will be happy to arrange this subject to your acceptance of the additional charge. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like your order delivered on a Saturday as this service is not always available.
 
What warranty do you offer
We have selected high quality durable products. All of our products are sold with the manufacturers' warranty. For example our Ice Making machine has a one year onsite warranty including parts and labour. Additional warranty is available - please ask about specific items. Other products will required to be returned to us or the manufacturer depending on the individual items specification. Please see the accompanying documentation for specific details about product warranty.
 
Do I need to register to order
Our new ecommerce system has the facility for you to register and so speed up future order processing. We do not rent or sell any customer information. We only ask for the same information that we would normally require from you to process your order.
 
Can I talk to other customer that have bought from you
We are registered for the Data Protection Act 1998, we are prevented from disclosing customers' private and confidential information. We have created a discussion forum where you can talk and post questions to other pool and spa users about anything you like. This is a free service and is not moderated except for bad language, inflammatory behaviour or any other illegal activity.
 
Can I see what information you hold on me
We are obligated under the Freedom of Information Act to provide you with the information that we hold on you. We make a small administrative charge of £10.00 to do this, please contact our customer services team if you would like to see your file.
 
How can I pay for my goods
Our online store is able to process all major credit and debit cards.
 
Can I pay using PayPal
Yes you can, our payment processor used on this site is PayPal so you can naturally pay using your PayPal Account.
 
Is there a minimum order value
You can order as little or a much as you like, there is no min. order value.

We are also committed to being competitively priced. We don't have any showrooms or expensive sales staff, we just sell our collection online at value for money prices.
